In their own words, Jeremy & Karina Selvamoni tell us about their experience dealing with Better Way 2 Build. "Just Brilliant"

Jeremy: Hi, I’m Jeremy Selvamoni

Karina: And I’m Karina Selvamoni, and we’ve just finished building our new home.

Jeremy: Better Way 2 Build are really genuine. They’re honest with their approach. Yeah. And also the advice they give us.

Karina: Like, whatever they’ve done is for our benefit and not for, not for their benefit.
Like, whatever advice that we’ve got is so that we can have a beautiful home and then our finances are in order and things like that.
We feel that they’re basically on our team sitting by our side and guiding us through this whole house process.
Having Mike as our broker for the whole building process has been amazing. He’s just been with us every step of the way, and he’s helped us through this process, so well. Like he’s gone through every detail.
Any questions that we’ve come across we’ve gone straight to him and he’s been able to ask what he doesn’t know, research and come up with all the solutions for us.
So, he’s been a godsend really,

Jeremy: Especially Mike has gone through the experience himself. Genuinely he is guiding us through the process, which makes us feel very comfortable with the process. There’s no stress at all.

Karina: Yeah. And it’s, it’s nice because they’re a family business as well, and they know what a family kind of wants. So you kind of on level ground really?

Jeremy: He didn’t push us in any way.
He gave us his opinion and his advice. At the end of the day, the advice he’s given us and we took it on board, it definitely helped us to build this beautiful home – our dream home.

Karina: Yeah. So Better Way 2 Build is definitely the way to go. They’ve just been amazing.

Jeremy: And recommend that to anybody. Yeah.

Karina: Just brilliant.
