Meet The Founder

I help people in WA build their dream homes – from finance to handover – every stage of the process. To accomplish this I listen to what my clients need now and in the future, then I find a solution that best suits them.

I've been working in the building industry in WA for over 30 years. During this time, i've gained insight into what makes a great builder and what makes a terrible one – as both a customer of trades as well as a supplier of trades
and services.

Throughout my life, I have developed this art of being
able to communicate with anyone at any given time.

My extensive Sales and Marketing background and strategic planning abilities has led me to finally be doing what I should have always done - helping people fulfil their dream of building a new home. With empathy and transparency, I believe I have a unique ability to relate to clients and assist people from all walks of life.
Over the last 12 months while working for a single builder, I realised there were major gaps in the industry and they were not being addressed.

Working for a single builder it became apparent that I couldn't help everyone. Whilst wanting to help people from all walks of life looking to build all types of homes, I realised that builders couldn't necessarily align with every potential client for a myriad of reasons.

But as a building broker, I could not only provide clients with options as far as locations, land size, house design, finishes and finance, with my experience I could also be their advocate and ensure they have the best possible experience to make their dream of building their own home a reality.

So that is why I have started Better Way 2 Build - to help and advocate for new home builders navigating their way through the complex and sometimes overwhelming home building process.
